Hercules Anabolic Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Banana bread has always been a favorite in my family but its never been something I could enjoy on any type of diet! So I came up with this delicious option that is so easily interchangeable with the real thing for 71g Protein and far less calories!

Combine and blend together…

  • 6 oz water
  • 100g Egg Whites
  • 1 Medium Brown Banana
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Cake Batter Flavor
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • Preferred Sweetener
    • Monk Fruit
    • Stevia
    • Splenda
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein
  • 80g Quick Oats
  • Add mix to baking pan
  • Add 1 tbsp Mini chocolate chips and mix together
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  • Enjoy!
