Get 6 pieces of 35 calorie bread and cut into 3 pieces each

Mix…

  • 276g Egg Whites
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tbsp Cinnamon
  • Preferred Sweetener
    • Monk Fruit
    • Stevia
    • Splenda
  • Dip both sides of bread pieces in the mix and add to pan
  • Flip while cooking to cook both sides
  • Enjoy!
