Hercules Anabolic Fried PB&J’s

Yeah you read that right, 81g of protein! These will blow your mind. Fried, Crunchy, Dessert Style, Peanut Butter & Jelly’s! Yum!

Preheat Airfryer at 400 degrees while prepping ingredients


  • 200g of Egg Whites
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Cake Batter Flavor
  • Preferred Sweetener
    • Monk Fruit
    • Stevia
    • Splenda
  • Mix together
  • In a separate bowl, combine…
  • 1 tbsp of Nut Butter
  • 2 Scoops Peanut Butter Protein
  • Tiny amount of water
  • Take 4 pieces of 35 calorie bread
  • Make two PB&J Sandwiches using peanut butter mix and 50g Reduced Sugar Jelly
  • Put sandwhich in Egg Mix
  • Flip and Soak each side twice
  • Place in Airfryer
  • Add any extra mix to the tops of the sandwiches
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Enjoy!
