Hercules Anabolic Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Did I read that right? Garlic Bread? Grilled Cheese? Is everyone else drooling or is that just me? Well lucky for you you did read that right and it comes packed with 35g of Protein in the recipe! Stop avoiding cravings and learn how to enjoy them correctly.

Preheat AirFryer at 400 degrees while prepping ingredients

Combine and mix together..

  • 200g Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Make 4 pieces of 35 calorie bread and 2 velveeta slices into two sandwiches
  • Spray Airfryer. Then dip sandwich in egg mix, flipping and soaking each side twice
  • Add a bit more garlic powder to the sandwiches
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through
  • Enjoy!
