Hercules Anabolic Strawberry Shortcake

You all asked and here it is! Strawberry Shortcake that’ll help you lose weight and gain muscle! It’s no joke how good this one is, it’s a must!


  • 6oz water
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein
  • 80g Quick Oats
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Blend together
  • Add to to baking pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  • When finished, let cake stand for 15 minutes.
  • Grab 140g of strawberries
  • Slice strawberries into flat discs
  • Slice cake in half horizontally
  • Add 1 tbsp of Light Cool Whip and half of Strawberries to each layer
  • Stack and enjoy!
