-10g Hot Sauce (Optional)

-Onion Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder

Mix !

-Add 3oz Of Pre Cooked Shredded Chicken To Mix


In Baking Pan:

-Evenly Place 3 Carb Counter Tortilla’s

-Fill The Tortilla’s Evenly With Enchilada Mixture

-Fold And Flatten Each Evenly

In Separate Bowl, Combine:

-42g Nonfat Greek Yogurt

-16g Ortega Taco Sauce

-Onion Powder & Garlic Powder


-Evenly Spread Mixture Over The Top Of Enchiladas

-Evenly Sprinkle 14g Reduced Fat Cheese Ovenly Over The Dish.

Cook At 320° For 15 Minutes!
