Hercules Lean & Mean Protein Popcorn

Such a good healthy snack for munching on the couch! Can be eaten warm and gooey or cold and hardened! Why wouldn’t you want to get your protein in when it’s this delicious?


  • 1 Scoop of preferred protein
  • 1 tbsp of sugar free syrup
  • Slowly add water and mix until the powder dissolves. You want it thick!
  • Next take your Kettle Corn Smart Pop and microwave for 2 minutes
  • Put popcorn into mixing bowl. Make sure no kearnals go in.
  • Add mix to popcorn
  • Very gently mix and roll it together
  • If you want it gooey, eat it right away. For solid and thick, freeze for 30 minutes!
