  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop Pumpkin/Vanilla Flavored Protein
  • 1 Package Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding
  • ½ tbsp Xanthan Gum
  • Preferred Sweetener
    • Monk Fruit
    • Stevia
    • Splenda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Add to large dish
  • Put in fridge for at least 2 hours
  • Enjoy!
