Hercules Spicy Chicken Sandwiches

I don’t know about you but Spicy Chicken Sandwiches are good enough to make my mouth water, problem is they don’t fit any diet plan. That is until now! This recipe comes with not one but two Giant Spicy Chicken Sandwiches that will easily fit any diet and help you crush your daily protein goals!

In a bowl, add and mix together…

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ Cup of Franks Buffalo Sauce
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Add and mix together…
  • 6 oz of Shredded Chicken
  • 56g of Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  • Split mix in half, form each half into patties, and add them to the airfryer/oven at 370 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Flip the patties halfway through.
  • While they cook, toast 4 pieces of 35 calorie white bread.
  • Once finished cooking, add lettuce, tomato, sauce, or whatever you like!
